This website's address is purenovus.health. PureNovus is an independent educational platform providing content, digital products, and product recommendations related to blood sugar health and general metabolic wellness.
What personal data I collect and why
Contact enquiries
If you contact me via the Contact page, I will use the email address you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. This will not subscribe you to any mailing list, and I will not share your details with any third parties.
Email opt-in
If you choose to subscribe to the mailing list, I collect your name and email address. This is used to send you the content you requested and occasional relevant health information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email I send. I manage the email list through Beehiiv and do not sell or share your contact details with third parties.
Purchases and payment data
When you purchase a digital product, the transaction is processed by my online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects the information needed to process your order and applicable taxes — typically your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. PureNovus does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Paddle shares limited order information with me — such as your name, email address, country, and the product you purchased — so that I can deliver the product and provide support. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy, available on the Paddle website. If you buy a product, I may use your email address to deliver it and to provide updates or support relating to that product; you can opt out of any marketing emails at any time.
Cookies
I place cookies on some pages to track the performance of paid advertising on Google and other platforms. This allows me to see whether visitors are arriving from ads and how they interact with the content, helping me make better decisions about what information to provide.
I do not collect any personally identifiable information through these cookies, and I do not share tracking pixels with any third parties.

I place Google pixels on the site to track the performance of paid advertising; this does not provide me with personally identifiable information about you.
How long I retain your data
If you subscribe to the mailing list, I retain your name and email address until you unsubscribe. Order and customer records associated with purchases are retained for as long as required for support, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's standard data retention policies.
Your rights over your data
You have the right to:

- Request that I correct any inaccurate data I hold
- Request that I delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time by unsubscribing
