Our 30-day guarantee
If you purchase a digital product from PureNovus — such as the Breaking the Pattern guide — and it isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We would genuinely rather refund you than have you keep something that didn't help.
How payments and refunds are handled
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means Paddle handles billing and is able to process refunds back to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email me at hello@purenovus.health within 30 days of your purchase, including the name and email address you used at checkout. You can also request support directly through Paddle, whose details appear on your purchase receipt. You do not need to give a reason, although any feedback is always welcome and helps me improve the guide.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been issued.
A note on digital products
Our products are educational digital downloads. Because the full content is available to you immediately after purchase, we ask that you request any refund within the 30-day window above. Beyond that period, refunds are at our discretion.
