Purchases and digital products
PureNovus sells digital educational products, including downloadable guides such as ebooks. When you buy a digital product from this Site, the following terms apply:
- Reseller and Merchant of Record. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and provides customer service for purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, presented at checkout.
- Delivery. Products are delivered electronically — by instant download and/or a link sent to your email — after your payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped.
- License. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, publish, or post the product or its contents, in whole or in part.
- Pricing. Prices are shown on the Site and confirmed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method.
